Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of enjiniauto.co.za and any order you place with Enjini Auto (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. They are read together with our Warranty, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages, and do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
1. About us
Enjini Auto supplies used and new engines, gearboxes, cylinder heads, wheel rims and workshop tool boxes, shipped across South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Contact us at info@enjiniauto.co.za.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe each product, including its condition (used or new) and, where applicable, the engine or gearbox code it is intended for, as accurately as we can on the product listing. Photos of used parts may show the general condition of that part type rather than the specific unit you will receive. Engine and gearbox codes can vary across a model’s production run — it is your responsibility to confirm the exact code fitted to your vehicle before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure; we are happy to help you confirm fitment before you buy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. Payment is currently accepted by direct bank transfer (EFT), using the order reference we provide. Your order is confirmed once we receive and reconcile payment; we do not dispatch goods before funds have cleared in our account.
4. Delivery
Delivery areas, timelines and costs are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
5. Warranty and returns
Eligible parts are covered by our standard warranty as described on the Warranty page. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds page and your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
6. Fitment and installation
We supply parts; we do not carry out fitment or installation. We strongly recommend that all parts, particularly engines, gearboxes and cylinder heads, are fitted by a qualified mechanic or workshop. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or fitment by an unqualified person.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Enjini Auto’s liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of a vehicle, towing costs, or loss of income, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or an order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
