Shipping Information
Enjini Auto ships used engines, gearboxes, cylinder heads, wheel rims, tool boxes and engine swap kits across South Africa, and to every neighbouring country: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini and Lesotho.
Delivery areas
- South Africa: door-to-door courier to most metro and regional areas
- Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini, Lesotho: cross-border freight, typically to a depot or door depending on location
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing. Delivery within South Africa usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch depending on location. Cross-border deliveries to neighbouring countries typically take 5 to 10 business days depending on customs clearance. Heavy items such as engines and gearboxes are palletised and shipped via freight courier, which can add 1 to 2 days versus standard parcel courier.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout — there are no separate delivery charges added, and no surcharge on heavy items such as engines and gearboxes. This applies to all deliveries within South Africa and to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini and Lesotho.
Cross-border orders may still attract import duties or customs charges levied by the destination country, which are not part of our delivery charge. See Cross-border orders below.
Cross-border orders
For orders to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini or Lesotho, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. We will provide the necessary invoice and documentation for customs purposes.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, contact info@enjiniauto.co.za.
