How long delivery takes
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing. Domestic South African delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Cross-border deliveries typically take 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs clearance at the destination.
Heavy items such as engines and gearboxes are palletised and moved by freight courier rather than parcel courier, which can add a day or two.
Duties, taxes and clearance
Important: for cross-border orders the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country. We provide the commercial invoice and documentation needed for customs, but the duty itself is set by the importing country, not by us.
Rates differ per country and per part category, so confirm the current position with your own clearing agent or customs authority before ordering. Building that into your budget up front avoids surprises at the border.

Tracking and warranty
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Every used engine, gearbox and cylinder head carries a 3-month warranty regardless of destination country, and our returns policy applies to parts that do not match confirmed fitment details.
