Are your engines and gearboxes really tested before sale?

Yes. Every used engine, gearbox and major part is inspected and function-tested before it is listed for sale. See our How We Test page for details on our process.

How do I know a part will fit my vehicle?

Each listing states the makes, models and engine or gearbox codes it fits. If you are not sure, send us your vehicle’s make, model, year and engine code (usually on a plate on the engine block or in your logbook) and we will confirm fitment before you order.

Do used parts come with a warranty?

Yes, eligible parts carry a standard warranty as stated on the product listing. Full terms are on our Warranty page.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Yes, we ship to every country bordering South Africa: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini and Lesotho, in addition to South Africa. See our Shipping page for delivery times and costs.

Can I return a part if it does not fit?

If a part does not match the confirmed fitment details, we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I collect my order instead of having it shipped?

Collection may be available depending on the item and your location. Contact us before ordering to check if collection is possible.

I cannot find the part I need, what should I do?

Message us your vehicle details and the part you need. We regularly source new stock and can let you know when a matching part becomes available.
